Description

Late 19th century Anglo Indian, Moorish influence mother of pearl inlaid carved teak octagonal table.

The top carved with Arabic calligraphy within floral designs.

Small occasional table or stand, diameter 13,1/2" or 345mm, height 17" or 430mm, weight 3.8 kilos

All in excellent sound condition with very minimal losses, repair to one foot flange, see photo.

Moorish style furniture was very popular in Europe in the 19th century, similar tables were sold by Liberty of London during the later 19th century.
