Here we have a wonderful large Elm & Ash refectory farmhouse dining table c1840. As you can see the table has fantastic colour and patina. This is undoubtedly one of the best tables we have had the pleasure of selling or seeing. Although we have ten chairs around the table in the photos it will comfortably seat 12 adults. There is a thick four plank English Ash top with super grain and colour. The top lifts off for ease of moving. The rest of the table is made from solid English Elm and again has the most delicious colour and patina. There are thick planks to the sides and ends with wonderful turned heavy legs. There are four drawers to one side all with original turned bun handles and hand cut dovetail joints. This is a Christmas gathering table without doubt. A super period table in fantastic retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 305 cm long 93.5 cm deep 77 cm high.
