Queen Anne Style Serving Table.

1920 - 1940
Description

Circa a1930s. A neat sized narrow walnut Queen Anne style serving table. The rectangular top with quarter matching walnut, with small moulded back with foliate carving to the corners, to the front two long narrow drawers each with elegant cast brass swan neck handles and pierced back plates, beneath the drawers there's a shaped and carved frieze, which continues around the sides. The whole piece stands on four elegant profusely carved cabriole legs with shell and foliate carving to knees C-scrolls in the quarter brackets and finishing on a simple but elegant pad foot.
