Description

Circa 1860. Exceptional quality large, figured-walnut Victorian centre table. The magnificent top in quartered, finely-figured burr walnut with a moulded edge over a beaded and cross banded frieze. Supported on four foliate-carved, bulbous and fluted turned legs over brass and brown porcelain casters and with their foliate-carved stretchers connecting to a central carved turning with finial. 76cm high 136cm wide.
