Description

Fabulous colour and grain to the lovely Regency walnut and walnut cross banded sofa table with two drawers and drop sides, circa 1820.

Great proportions to this piece, so it will work for many positions and uses, such as a sofa table, dressing table, console table, writing table or free standing centre table as the rear is finished in figured walnut and polished too.

The condition is good throughout the table and the colour has faded consistently throughout the top which boasts this fantastic book matched veneer and cross banding.

Two useful drawers lined in solid oak and also retaining their original turned mahogany drawer pulls.

The base of three turned column supports and typical sweeping legs also have their four original brass castors.

Fabulous table and super decorative, will blend well with many other styles in both traditional and more contemporary homes.
