Early 19th Century walnut console with its original marble top. A single drawer, which is unusually at the side, seamlessly forms the upper apron. Two super, curved monopodium legs in front are ebonised and gilded and have fabulous lion''s heads, with two linear legs at the back which join the top to a lower base.
