A neatly proportioned 18th century Mahogany library reading table by Gillows. Having an adjustable hinged easel top with original hinges and removable bar with dummy drawers to the front with boxwood line inlay and working drawers to both sides one fitted for writing implements and stamped Gillows. English, Circa 1795.
