Singer Sewing Machine Treadle Table

An early 20th century antique Singer sewing machine treadle table with the cast iron base. The top has a plank that can be open to extend the surface, then a second one which pulls up. This allows for the sewing machine to be lifted up to the surface. Below this sit two small square drawers, with wooden handles and a flip down drawer with three compartments. Raised on attractively shaped cast iron sides with castors. Complete with the original manual.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and wears to surfaces (pictured). Sewing machine is in good condition with leather band/belt. The original band has been replaced. The treadle plate and wheel move freely. This item is to be sold as a piece of furniture and not for functional use as a sewing machine.
