Antique Early Georgian Country Oak Gate Leg Dining Table Seats 8 People C1720 Wdb4687/19.5

Description

Lovely antique george 1st country oak gate leg dining table dating from aorund 1720 and would comfortably seat eight people. It has a circular plank top with a frieze drawer to one end which is oak lined and with later brass handle. To the other end is a shaped frieze. It stands on turned and block legs on small turned feet and joined by squared stretchers. It is hand & peg joined.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the oak and oozes the charm and character of the georgian country oak period.

Measures: 30" high X 20" (closed) c 62" (open) X 54" wide
