Description

K0245 Fine and elegant mahogany hall table, having original brass gallery to the marble top above an oak lined frieze drawer fitted with original working lock and a key, flanked by concave sides, all with brass decoration, standing on slender, turned and reeded legs terminating in brass sabots and united by two shaped tiers. This antique table retains its original marble and original finish, all brass decoration is present. The table is in home ready condition.

The table bears a label : Marchioness of Lothian, April 30 1900 , which can refer to a previous owner. c1900
