An attractive Louis Philippe rosewood dropleaf work table, the moulded top with fine boxwood stringing which is continued into the hinges of the dropleaves, over two lemonwood lined drawers with boxwood stringing and below a trough drawer, and with blank drawer fronts to the other side, on finely turned barley twist supports en contrepartie to one another. Complete with its original key. French, circa 1835.
Condition: Excellent, the table is robust and stable, the locks all work and the drawers run well. The colour and patina are both excellent, with a pleasing finish to the top.
