This 19th century pedestal table is an exercise in geometry !!!

The polygon shaped top of this mahogany tilt top table has distinctive sycamore crossbanding and ebony stringing. The table is supported by a tapering octagonal column and sits on a triform concave base and bun feet.

The condition is excellent, the table stands evenly and firmly with no wobbles.

A stylish lamp or occasional table, very easy to place in any room.
