This Stunning, late 19th Century Inlaid Kingwood Large Antique Writing Table dates from ca. 1880.
Below is a shaped frieze, again beautifully inlaid with a faux drawer front and it stands on cabriole legs with ormolu mounts. This fine antique writing table is finished on the back so can be placed in the centre of a room if desired and comes with beautiful charm and character. It is a truly stunning piece and is a rich warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
