1840 and has a beautifully figured top (recently re-polished) above two working drawers on one side and two faux on the opposite side so can be placed in the centre of a room if desired. This beautiful antique writing table has shaped sides with scrolled feet and is a rich Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
