An 18thc Oak & Elm Tripod Wine Table

Description

An 18thC oak and elm tilt top tripod table. This has great patina and colour. It epitomizes the description 'country made'. The elm column has warped with age which makes it look extremely quirky in certain positions. It CAN however be placed to look correct with the top level. It is stable and the iron tilt catch is original and the top tilts as it should. The is evidence of old worm and old repairs. The photographs show the condition clearly. It would compliment the interior of a heavily beamed ancient property very well.
