Description:
, in excellent condition. The table boasts a curved design, incorporating a deep, curved end burr walnut veneer top with moulded edge. The table top is raised on a striking upward ‘U’ shaped curved base, which united below to downward curved feet. This table boasts classic Art Deco styling; this is evident in the curved corners and clean lines. The table top lifts off to facilitate easy access into the desired room.
The tub chairs boast a curved, wraparound back design, featuring stunning mirror matched burr walnut veneer to the rear. The backs and seats of the chairs have been newly upholstered in top quality full grain champagne cream real leather and finished with traditional hessian backing to the underside. The seats are firm, so you do not sink into them, and are very comfortable. The chairs sit on their original splayed legs.
Condition Report:
This set Art Deco burr walnut dining table and chairs is in excellent condition. The dining table has been French polished by hand to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the finish and patination is in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks to the top and leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The chairs frames have been glued to ensure they are solid in joint, and also French polished by hand to a professional standard. Therefore, the suite boasts a stunning colour and patination. The chairs have been newly upholstered in top quality full grain champagne cream real leather; therefore, the upholstery is clean and free from any marks or damage. This Art Deco dining set is solid in joint and ready to be used.
