18th Century Georgian Oak Pad Foot Side Table

Description

A lovely oak side table of small proportions dating from the mid to late 18th Century. It has an over-hanging oak top set on tapering legs with pad feet and a single long drawer with brass plate handles and a brass escutcheon.

It is in excellent condition for its age. There are signs of age and use and there is a small repair to the corner of the drawer but otherwise no major damages. It is strong and sturdy and displays beautifully. There are some minor signs of historic woodworm around the back but that hasn't affected the table aesthetically or structurally.
