1835. It has a beautifully figured top above a frieze drawer with a fitted interior and key with working lock. This fine antique table stands on a hexagonal tapering base with material lined compartment originally for storing wool. It stands on a shaped base with small turned bun feet and the Rosewood has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
