An Early 20th Century Sycamore Low or Coffee Table

1900 - 1920
Description

An unusual early 20th century low table in sycamore, the top with a wide central plank and edge boards over a frieze and on short square supports with a moulded inner edge. English circa 1900.

Condition: Excellent, the table is very solid, heavy and robust. It has had later steel braces added at some point, presumably to strengthen it. The table has a pleasing colour and feel to it.
