Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
It is supported on a turned and finely carved balluster column with two gadrooned 'collars' leading to four sabre legs and fine cast brass ornate castors. A stunning table!
A very similar card table is illustrated in "Gillows of Lancaster and London" by Susan Stuart, Vol 1 page 262 and a table with a similar base is illustrated in Vol 2 page 376.
Measurements: 36ins wide; 17ins deep; 29ins high.
