An Edwardian mahogany and inlaid small writing table with satinwood cross banding between boxwood and ebony stringing. The top has a bow fronted stationary compartment and a pierced brass gallery above the original tooled leather writing surface. Below is a bow fronted drawer with conforming satinwood banding and brass pulls. The table is raised on square tapering, boxwood strung legs and terminating in the original brass and ceramic castors.
