Description

Generous size early c20th trestle style library table with three full depth drawers and will seat 8 to 10, by Frederick Tibbenham Ltd of Ipswich.

Originally, this would have been one of a number of identical tables which fitted together, giving a long run of library or boardroom style tables.

Three well running full depth drawers with drop handles. The trestle style making this a very solid table at this size, but will make sitting at the head or ends of the table less comfortable, so it is ideal perhaps for more of a kitchen diner table.

Made up with just two large planks to the top and does show lovely signs of age and use which I have left as they give great character. The table is being beeswax polished, so has a good patina and depth of shine to it.

Great table that will handle everything you can throw at it!
