Outstanding quality mid 19th century specimen marble top centre table, circa 1860 and in lovely condition.

The specimen marble top is beautifully put together and is in great condition, showing no signs of previous damage or restoration. Beautiful colour and finish to the top which is finished with a shaped mahogany frame and frieze and stands on the carved pedestal and four splayed legs. All of which is beautifully carved and well finished.

The table is of a great proportion and would be stunning as a large hall centre table or could perhaps free stand as an alternative to a sofa table.

Very decorative and has been able to age gracefully. Stunning and most unusual piece of English 19th century furniture.
