Circular Rosewood Breakfast or Centre Table with Calamander Crossbanding

Description

A very fine quality rosewood breakfast table circular breakfast table with wide crossbanding of calamander wood, supported on a elegant tuned and carved column with tri-form base and sabre legs ending in brass animal paw feet and castors. Circa 1820.

Condition: The top is made in two pieces, which due to natural movement of the wood have come apart causing a small gap across the middle of the table. This is easily rectified and the table can be purchased as is or restored by my skilled team of restorers at an additional cost of £420 plus VAT.
