Really good quality and well proportioned French tulipwood, marquetry and brass mounted bureau plat or console table, circa 1900 and in great condition.
The size of this piece means it will lend itself well to a number of uses from a sofa table, display table, lamp table, writing table, dressing table and console table.
There is one full width drawer to give you useful storage.
The table can free stand as it is finished on all sides with the marquetry and the brass work, so would work well as a sofa table if that''s what you are looking for.
The condition is very good throughout, fully cleaned and has been beeswax polished to bring up the finish. All original brass work is there and no missing marquetry either.
