Fabulous early c19th Italian specimen tilt top table on the most beautifully elegant tripod pedestal base, circa 1820.
The table is made in rosewood and birds eye maple which are the lighter segments to the top, finely strung and beaded base. Also, a small marquetry centre too and finished with a brass banding.
It really is a piece of art and when you have the table tipped up like this, it''s stunning and those two beautiful legs to the tripod base are perfectly proportioned.
Equally decorative and useful as a side or lamp table at this size.
Measuring:
26 1/4” or 66.5cm high
28 1/2” or 72.5cm diameter
41” or 104cm when tilted up
