Description

This is a beautiful early c19th French cherrywood farmhouse table with the wide top made from just two planks.

The table is a comfortable 8 to 10 seater size and with the pull out carving slide makes for a comfortable 10 seater size. ( making a total length of 284cm with the pull out slide fully extended )

Great colour tone to the cherrywood and has a lovely mellow beeswax finish, so it is easy for you to maintain if you want to! Or you can love it and use it and let it age as you use it.

The width of this table is unusual, slightly wider than many so the table has great proportions. Standing on these fine tapered legs keeps a lightness to it too though.

There is a deep drawer to one end for useful storage.

Great character and age to the table top, all of which are lovely and add to the overall decorative and period look.

Great condition and a very solid frame, well cleaned and beeswax polished.
