Decorated Kitchen Table

1900 - 1920
Description

A table, presumably from a very 'artistic' household!

Made in about 1920 this table has a three plank top made of either cedar or some other French hardwood. The whole table is heavy which usually denotes quality...however as may be seen it has been liberally 'painted'.

It would not be difficult to have it stripped back but we prefer on this occasion to offer the table as it is.

The condition structurally is very sound.
