Description:
The tables feature moulded tops, above a frame with moulded sides and rear, with the smallest table also boasting a moulded front. Additionally, the largest tables feature a lovely shaped frieze to the sides. Below, the tables are raised on gun barrel turned legs, which in turn are united by stretchers (for added strength) and terminate on small bun feet. The tables have been made with traditional wooden peg construction. They display superb craftsmanship and each of them slides comfortably into each other. Ideal for a variety of uses in the living room; they are ideal as they slide in and out of each other and consume little space when stacked away when not in use.
Condition Report
This nest of tables is in excellent condition. Nominal old use marks, but nothing significant, considering their age. Each of the tables slides comfortably into each other. The tops are in excellent condition and there are no stains or marks, having been newly French polished by hand to a professional standard. The legs, stretchers and feet are sturdy and are free from any breaks. These tables are solid in joint and ready to use.
