Fantastic size early 19th century French farmhouse extending table to seat 8 to 12, circa 1820.The whole table has a really lovely scrubbed effect to it and some fantastic age and use marks to it, but it has been fully cleaned and beeswax polished, so it has a pale tone and mellow glow.The table base is in solid oak and has a single drawer to one side which is compartmented, standing on tapered legs.The table top is made up of just three lovely wide pitch pine boards and the two table leaves are also in pine.
