Description

This is an exceptionally good quality and beautifully made side or occasional table, certainly in the manner of Gillows or perhaps Edwards & Roberts around 1890.

The table is in rosewood and ebony, beautifully inlaid with ivory and stringing in a Moorish style.

The column of the table is again in Ebony with further string inlay and supported by this fabulous quatrefoil base, finished with burr walnut and carved moulded mounts to these beautiful legs.

Certainly a very rare and exceptional table of great quality and condition. Very decorative and needs to be shown in a position where it will be seen, at all times in my opinion!
