A Very Fine Walnut & Ormolu Card Table

Description

A very fine Victorian burl walnut & ormolu card table. Raised on tapering fluted legs with ormolu mounts and brass castors. The swiveling top, with tulip wood banding, opens to reveal a Burgundy velvet storage compartment and green baize lined playing surface, both of which are original. In very good and original condition. N.B. If the buyer prefers we will replace the green baize. 750mm high, 1030mm wide and 550mm deep. Circa 1870.
