Quality George III Solid Mahogany Antique Drop Leaf Table

This quality drop leaf table has a solid mahogany beautifully figured top with reeded edge and two drop leaves and dates from around 1790. Unusually it has a working drawer on both ends which is oak lined with decorative brass handles and stands on four tapering legs with chunky brass castors and is full of beautiful charm and character. The mahogany has aged to a warm rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
