Description

A superb quality free standing Regency mahogany centre, sofa or library table. The well figured rectangular shaped top with rounded corners above a wide inset working frieze drawer to one side and conforming dummy drawer to the other. Both have good quality applied beaded detail and original brass lion's head pulls. The stiles with well carved acanthus detail and scroll carved end supports. The base consisting of an attractive turned pedestal having out swept reeded sabre legs with applied turned patrae and all raised on original gilt brass lion paw feet castors.
