George II Figured Walnut Card Table on Cabriole Legs in the Manner of Benjamin

Description

This superb figured walnut games table has trefoil style corners to the fronts and is elegantly raised on carved cabriole legs terminating on carved ball and claw feet, witch retain there original leather bound caters. To the centre of the table neatly concealed in the frieze, is a large long drawer. The quarter veneered feather and cross banded top, opens to reveal a baize lined interior, with four walnut counter wells and figured candle/drinks roundels to each corner.
