Fine Quality Regency Mahogany Antique Tea Table / Console Table

This Fine Quality 19th Century Regency Mahogany Antique Tea Table / Console Table / Games Table dates from ca. 1830 and has a beautifully figured top that swivels open to double its size, revealing a concealed games compartment in the process. This fine antique table has a figured frieze with beaded edge above a fine turned carved pedestal and shaped base with four splayed moulded legs and quality brass lion paw castors. It is a rich Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
