This Large Victorian Mahogany Extending Antique Dining Table dates from ca. 1860 and has a beautifully figured top with moulded edge and has two removable leaves. The table closes for removal, and you can either have just one or both leaves in when in use. The leaves are held in place using brass D clips. This lovely antique table has a moulded frieze above four beautifully turned shaped legs with brass castors, has wonderful country house charm and character and has aged to a warm Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
