Victorian Burr Oak Top Small Refectory Kitchen Table

Description

A most unusual and interesting table made around 1890-1900. The base is walnut and the top is burr oak.

The support ends are carved in what appears to be a female Indian with feathered headdress and also a plume of feathers above. Please see photos.

The condition of the base is very good but the burr oak top shows signs of wear as should be expected but it is strong and sound.
