Description

Circa 1920, set of 3 Syrian octagonal occasional tables. The tops are profusely inlaid with various woods and mother of pearl in geometric patterns, including banding on the side and chequered inlay on the fore-edge. Each of the tables stands on an octagonal base with similar inlay to the top and towards their bases are cut out designs; the larger table has a classic Arabic arch and the others with variations.

Size 45 cm high x 28 cm diameter (largest) – 43 cm high x 25 cm diameter (smallest)
