E W Cousins and Son has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The top held by brass clip and bolts to mahogany block with mahogany rails. All on 3 turned pillars with mushroom gadrooned bases sitting on tripod swept legs with harebell carving to tops and Greek Key line carved sides. The scrolled toes having leaf carvings with raised lip all on brass and ceramic castors. The legs joined by circular platform with ring moulded top and conforming mushroom gadrooned finial with plain finial below.
