A figured mahogany rectangular library or sofa table but, by being finished all the way around, can also be called a centre table.

The rectangular top has a fine moulded edge, rounded corners and bead edging to the fascia.

There are two fitted frieze drawers to the fascia all supported on a turned and leaf capped central column.

The rectangular inswept base with splayed and reeded legs finished with brass paw feet and brass castors complete this very attractive and useful table.

Wear and tear and a few marks commensurate with age.

This distinctive piece has been slightly reduced in height by the previous owner and this adjustment makes this table even more appealing and versatile and is reflected in the price.
