William IV Rosewood Veneered Card Table

19th century
Description

Elegant William IV rosewood and rosewood veneered card table. Nice shape base with turned feet with original castors, platform base and octagonal column with moulded decoration. The column is veneered in rosewood and not simulated. The table has an elegant narrow frieze to the front with carved decoration. The top swivels round and opens up with green baize to the inside. There is a storage section under the top.

The table is in pretty good condition and has been sympathetically re-finished fairly recently.
