Rare Decorative Victorian Rosewood Antique Pedestal Side Table / Occasional Table

Dating from ca. 1860 and in the Gillows design, this Rare Decorative Victorian Rosewood Antique Pedestal Side Table / Occasional Table has a beautifully figured top above a decorative carved pedestal with unusual scrolls, sitting on a quadraform base with gillows design turned reeded bun feet and castors. The Rosewood has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
