Description

An early Geo III mahogany dish top tripod table with a box birdcage action. Probably Cuban mahogany of a dense grain. The top is of one piece with a raised rim to which there are a couple of blemishes as shown in the photographs. Plain gun barrel stem and tripod feet one of which has had an old repair to the joint. A very large original brass snap catch.Iron brace to the underside of the tripod base.
