Tom Scott Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.

Very fine detail to the marquetry freize, finished with a beaded edge.
The pedestal itself is a tulip form or reeded style on a square base with further marquetry, standing on four beautifully carved lions paw feet.

Certainly a table to be admired, perfect for a large open hall display table or a window perhaps, although you could use this as a breakfast table as it has good clearance underneath if you were to sit at it.
