Description

A late 19th century ebonised walnut centre table in the Renaissance style.

This freestanding table consists of an ebonised top with carved moulded edge and carved gadroon moulding below with central carved foliate decoration to both front and back.

This leads down to two finely carved end supports in the Renaissance style each consisting of a finely carved female head with swags and turned finial to the top, scrolling foliate and floral decoration leading down to scroll feet with foliate carving joined by a turned stretcher all supported on moulded plinth bases.

This table is in very good original condition, is of stable construction and can go straight into a home.
