A Victorian Metamorphic Bench Table

Description

A Victorian metamorphic bench table. Cast iron frame and pitch pine seat and top. The cast iron framed table top flips back to form a bench the whole being very stable on wide heavy feet. The frame is by Williams of Windsor and it has a crown and AR or RR motif. Some acanthus leaf decorative mouldings.This piece would be extremely useful in a small apartment or equally as good in the garden. An unusual and flexible piece in excellent condition.

155 cm lon the bech seat being 32 deep and the back 34 cm high.

The heavy feet are 70 cm long anf 7.5 cm wide.

As a bench the back is 72 cm high

As a seat bench the whole is 92 deep and 69 cm high. (155 long)
