M Lees and Sons has dated this piece to the Regency era.
Raised on 4 elegant and stylish carved and fluted tapering legs ,all fitted with original brass castors . The corners of the table of subtlety-rounded shape , the edges with a simple moulded profile .

The format offering highly flexible size options with two large 26" leaves and one 13" width leaf .
The solid mahogany timber of an excellent heavy grade and having exceptional figured grain . The table and smaller leaf all of a matching gently faded colour and patina , whilst the 2 larger leaves being darker having been stored and not used regularly to fully extend the table .

The leaves all with integral brass fittings beneath , and supplied with the 'fork' clips to secure. In excellent strong and stable condition with no sagging or wear to the quality-made mahogany action , and remains completely flat and true when extended to the full length and all leaves are fitted.

A rare survivor in untouched original condition having not been re-polished or re-finished and being fully complete.
Would comfortably seat 10 to 12 diners.
