Description:

This is a fine quality pair of late Georgian figured mahogany ‘D’ end tea tables, circa 1820, in good original condition. The tables boast solid mahogany tops, with a fine “D” end shaped frieze to the front and sides. The tables stand on four elegant ring-turned tapering legs. They would look ideal in a hallway or living room as a pair of console / side or hall tables. Alternatively, the two tables can be placed back-to-back and be used as a large dining table.

Condition Report:

This pair of tables is in good original condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant, considering the age of the item. The tables boast a stunning colour and feature a lovely patination. The tables are well constructed, solid in join and ready to use.
