Pair of French Marquetry Bedside Tables

1900 - 1920
Description

Good quality pair of French marquetry and marble top side tables or bedside tables, c1920 and in great condition.

They have a slight "bombe" shape to them, giving them a shaped front and sides, marquetry inlaid and also with original gilt ormolu handles and decor.

They have two good size drawers, all running well

The original marble tops are both in good condition, shaped and with a moulded edge too.

Measuring:

29 3/4'' or 76cm high

17'' or 43cm wide

12 1/2'' or 32cm deep

Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
